You can also choose to mix it up. There is nothing wrong with a healthy sandwich in the morning. I suggest preparing egg salad the night before and trying to steer clear of fatty dressings like may. Black pepper and low fat mayo work much better. Having a protein shake ready to go is a great idea as it is something you can take with you.

If you are very pressed for time, use our shake recipe but make sure to include a scoop of whey protein since you likely don't have time to get your protein from another source.
